AUBURN HILLS   Pistons host job fair The Detroit Pistons’ 11th annual Career Fair is 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4 at The Palace of Auburn Hills. PONTIAC Love Funding closes $14.5 million refinancing for senior residence complex Love Funding, one of the nation’s leading providers of multifamily housing loans, announced the closing of a nonrecourse $14.5 million substantial rehabilitation loan for Oakland Senior Living, a 161-unit senior living complex in Pontiac. For Love Funding, it was the second loan secured in as many months for property owner American House, which operates 27 senior residences in Southeastern Michigan. BorgWarner expecting good 2011

AUBURN HILLS BorgWarner expecting good 2011   Auburn Hills-based BorgWarner Inc. expects earnings to increase by 35 percent to 40 percent in the coming year.. “Robust growth in global vehicle production is expected in 2011, and we expect our sales growth to significantly outpace the market,” said Tim Manganello, BorgWarner Chairman and CEO. BorgWarner gave 2011 earnings guidance of $3.85 to $4.15 per share compared to 2010 earnings guidance of $2.85 to $2.95 per share. The company expects 2011 operating margins to be 10.5 percent or better, which is higher than its historical operating margin guidance range of 8.5 percent to 9 percent. State regulators have approved the merger, and Kensington Valley members voted unanimously in favor of the partnership. “I am very pleased that Kensington Valley Community Credit Union chose to join Affinity Group Credit Union as part of our unique Credit Union Family,” said Thomas M. O2 Investment acquires chemical manufacturer

BLOOMFIELD HILLS O2 Investment acquires chemical manufacturer O2 Investment Partners of Bloomfield Hills, a private equity firm, has acquired all outstanding shares of Silbond Corporation, a specialty chemical manufacturing business based in Weston, near the Ohio border. Jay Hansen, president of O2, announced the deal and added that the transaction included partnering with Silbond’s management team.  Founded in 1994, Silbond employs 50 people and is a leading supplier of “tetra ethyl ortho silicate,” a specialty chemical used in industries such as semiconductors and electronics, protective coatings, investment casting, and chemical processing.
