Information technology company launches HireGenics
Atlanta-based American CyberSystems Inc., a multinational information technology services company, has formed HireGenics Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, based in Rochester Hills, to expand payrolling and workforce risk mitigation services.
HireGenics will offer workforce compliance, risk mitigation, payrolling services and related consolidated payments.
HireGenics employs five local professionals in Rochester Hills and is supported by a team of more than 300 American CyberSystems employees.
HireGenics’ president is Barry Olson, who possesses more than 30 years of experience and innovation in the professional services industry. Charles Halash is executive vice-president.
