A seminar about the legal aspects of e-commerce and on-line marketing will be presented by John T. Carter, Esq. of Carter and Affiliates, P.C. The 5th Annual Southeastern Michigan V.E.T. conference begins at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the Michigan State University Management Education Center, 811 W. Square Lake Road, Troy.
There will be a Vets Night Out networking event from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9.
The Vets Night Out will also be held at the Management Education Center and there is no admission fee. Refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
This year’s conference will feature 16 breakout sessions and a pair of dynamic keynote speakers. Among the topics to be covered in the workshops will be 10 steps to doing business with TACOM, selling to DLA, starting a business, financing a business and selling to the Army Corps of Engineers.
General Dynamics Land System, Citizens Bank and the Karmanos Cancer Institute, are sponsoring the conference.
