UHY Advisors Inc., a national tax and business consulting firm with offices in Sterling Heights and Southfield, has promoted Veronica A. Kovach to senior manager, based at the location in Southfield.
Kovach has extensive knowledge of internal controls and operating policies and procedures related to business processes and information systems. Her duties include providing UHY clients with internal control services such as SAS 70 attestations, IT audits and risk assessments, SOX testing, PCI assessments and Disaster Recovery Planning.
As senior manager, Kovach will also be responsible for growing the service line  and identifying ways to integrate internal controls with UHY’s traditional service offerings.
