Three-day grand opening planned at Tapper’s Somerset

Giveaways, gourmet treats and a Hearts on Fire diamond necklace raffle is planned for Black Friday weekend as Tapper’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelry celebrates its Somerset opening, offering 50 items under $500.
