The International Council of Shopping Centers presents Michigan Retailers Breakfast Program with two educational sessions. 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 14 at The Townsend Hotel, 100 Townsend St., Birmingham. The first session will be presented by Doug Rothwell, president and CEO, Business Leaders for Michigan. The second session will include a panel discussion surrounding a Michigan Retail Update, taking a look at current trends in Michigan. Payment in advance is $45 for members and $60 for nonmembers.
