Josh Levine of Huntington Woods has received the 2010 Mark Family Young Leadership Award for the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. Levine is director and wealth adviser at Telemus Capital Partners of Southfield.
The award is given to one emerging leader each year who exemplifies outstanding achievement in leadership and contribution to the Jewish community of metro Detroit.

Citizens Financial Group has promoted Jacqueline Wiggins of Rochester Hills to director of executive communications and engagement. Previously, Wiggins was senior vice president and director of public affairs in Michigan for Charter One. In her new role, Wiggins is responsible for helping to shape and implement the executive communications strategy at Citizens Financial Group, including providing internal and external communications support with speech writing and presentation development.

Radisson Hotel hires director of sales

Paulette Kruger of Macomb has been named director of sales for the Radisson Hotel in Bloomfield Hills. She will be responsible for the total sales efforts of the hotel, including developing and maintaining new accounts, supervising sales-related personnel, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Kruger has nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with her most recent job as director of sales at Hilton Garden Inn in Southfield.

Bush named director of e-Learning Services at Lawrence Tech

Richard Bush was named the new director of e-Learning Services at Lawrence Technological University. Bush is a college professor in Lawrence Tech’s College of Management. Previously he has been the coordinator for the information technology bachelor’s degree program and director of undergraduate management programs. Bush will succeed Alan McCord, who will become the new associate provost and dean of graduate studies at Lawrence Tech.
