Interior Partnership Group Inc., a comprehensive design, construction and building services firm in Clawson, has been awarded three design-build construction projects: the renovation and updating of 11,000 square feet in the Administrative Office Building of ArvinMeritor in Troy; a new 4,300-square-foot Spine Center in the Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedic and Spine Surgeons suite at the St. John’s Macomb Hospital Medical Building in Warren; and the renovation and updating of 3,100 square feet in the Adult Services and Geriatric Care facility at Easter Seals of Michigan in Southfield.

The law firm of Miller Canfield represented Pacific Century Motors Inc. of China, which bought Nexteer Automotive from General Motors. The transaction represents the single largest Chinese investment in the global automotive supplier industry.
The Miller Canfield legal team was led by Shusheng Wang, Brad B. Arbuckle and Richard A. Walawender, principals in the firm’s International/Emerging Markets practice.
The practice also was involved in Mexico’s Metalsa Automotive’s $140 million acquisition of Dana Holding Corporation’s Structural Products business. The firm also represented Kongsberg Automotive ASA of Norway in its $560 million acquisition of Teleflex Global Motion Systems.

Reinhart has served as controller for Sterling Heights since December 2001.
