Clark Hill hosts employment policy webinar

Clark Hill PLC presents free employment policy webinar for Michigan business owners 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16.  
“Dust Off That Employee Handbook: The Five Employment Policies You Need to Update in 2011” will be led by Clark Hill Associate Ellen Hoeppner and Member Jeffrey A. Steele.
According to Hoeppner and Steele, employee handbooks are the most important communication tool between businesses and employees and can be critical in avoiding expensive litigation. The webinar will offer participants information on how to protect businesses in light of recent developments in this area, including policies being targeted by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
